Notifications on HQ: Not Authorized

While trying to access Globo HQ or a specific tab, I see the message Not Authorized.

  First, attempt the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Checked I’m using the correct credentials (log out, and use the correct username/password to log back in).
  • Browser and HQ settings are set up correctly.
  • Check for any  reported Incidents in GLOBO HQ.

If troubleshooting doesn't solve this issue, it may mean that you have a permissions issue. The message means you currently don’t have access to GLOBO HQ or particular section or tab. This could be happening due to:

  • A bug in our system
  • Incorrect or incomplete setup
