We will only provide a standardized verification letter that includes the following details:
Date of Issue: The date the verification letter is issued.
Interpreter’s Name: Your full name as it appears in our system.
Interpreter’s Language Pair: The language(s) you interpret.
Start Date with GLOBO: The date when you began working with the GLOBO Platform. Rates negotiated with you. Service lines you are supporting, and your last login date on our platform/last date of the completed assignment.
What We Do Not Provide for Work Verification: Please be aware of the following:
No Recommendation or Reference Letters: We do not provide recommendation letters or reference letters for any purpose.
No Replies to Third-party Recruiters: We will not reply to recruiters from other companies or organizations asking for confirmation of your work here at Globo.
No Online Forms: We do not fill out any online employment verification forms on your behalf, as we follow a strict verification process.
Our approach ensures that all employment verifications are standardized, consistent, and adhere to our internal procedures.
How to Request Employment Verification
If you need a standardized Employment Verification letter, follow these steps:
Submit the Remote Support Form: Access the Remote Support Form: https://www.helloglobo.com/remote_support
Select “Employment Verification Request”: In the form, select “Employment Verification Request” as the request type.
Submit the Form: After submitting the form, our team will process your request and send you the standardized verification letter.
