Jessica Schiminske has proven to go above and beyond within her first year at GLOBO; with over 15 years of experience in account management and five in language services, she has formed a passion at GLOBO for assisting each customer with the specialized attentiveness they deserve.
"I am incredibly grateful to be part of an organization that helps provide language access in some of the most crucial and vulnerable situations. Being able to make a positive impact in this vital work is priceless. said Schiminske, GLOBO Customer Success Manager.
Schiminske's priorities lie in producing effective communication and follow-through procedures for each client's experience. As a customer success manager (CSM), Schiminske is the primary contact for customers. She ensures that all requests, inquiries, and tickets are taken care of promptly. A CSM will host quarterly business reviews with the client's team, review all ongoing projects, and assist in the productive use of GLOBO's products and services. Customer Implementation and Success Teams are established to ensure organizational and swift success.

When presented with a new challenge or request, our team works collaboratively across multiple departments to explore innovative ways to meet our customer's needs and expectations. Communication and organization are two of the most crucial aspects of Schiminske's performance as a CSM. Customers rely on Schiminske's calm and promising demeanor during overwhelming and stressful situations. Schiminske collaborates closely with customers, such as hospitals, schools, and government entities, to ensure that GLOBO provides exceptional language access services tailored to their needs. Whether it's rising language demand in the area or addressing specific customer requirements, Schiminske's calm and attentive demeanor ensures effective support in all situations.
Schiminske stresses the importance of being kind and empathetic toward every customer, "I believe that one of the skills I have developed over the years is the ability to approach every situation uniquely. I understand that each person requiring assistance does so for different reasons, and it is important to be patient and compassionate towards them."
Schiminske is particularly proud when she sees reviews of happy customers due to the level of support that they have received from GLOBO. Reviewing feedback on the dashboard at the end of sessions fuels her drive to execute prompt and personalized service. Schiminske loves hearing customer's appreciation for the "interpreter's level of knowledge, patience, and empathy." Schiminske finds this feedback outstanding and motivating.
