May 2021 -- GLOBO recently welcomed Elizabeth Robeck as its Vice President of Operations.
Robeck joins GLOBO following 20 years at UnitedHealth Group . There, Robeck directed programs to revolutionize business and technology processes across call center and desktop services operations. Most recently, she was involved with the company’s mergers and acquisitions initiatives.
“We’re happy to have Elizabeth join our team,” says Gene Schriver, CEO of GLOBO. “Her past experience and passion for driving positive transformation are a great fit for us. I’m excited for what’s to come.”
Based in Minnesota, Robeck was drawn to GLOBO’s mission. “What excites me most about GLOBO is the opportunity to deliver technology and services that truly help people," she says. "It’s about making a difference.”
Robeck comes to GLOBO during a period of exponential growth for the language technology and solutions company, which surpassed a significant milestone in revenue growth in 2020.
“The past nine months have been a period of accelerated growth for us,” says Schriver. “Beyond providing quality language tech and services, our top priority is meeting the changing needs of our customers. You can expect to see new faces on our Customer Service and Engineering teams as we scale to meet those needs.”
